I was proud to design the Diffusion 2024 Playbook, a comprehensive guide created for VHA IE. This playbook serves as a strategic resource, outlining best practices and frameworks for identifying, implementing, and scaling innovations across the VHA network. I developed a visually compelling and highly functional design, along with over 100 custom illustrations and infographics that are consistent with VHA IE’s branding. The Diffusion 2024 Playbook was produced in both print and digital (508-compliant) formats, making it accessible to a wide range of users.
These materials were crafted to enhance engagement and encourage adoption of the playbook’s strategies. By delivering a polished and cohesive visual system, I helped reinforce the impact of Diffusion of Excellence and its mission to improve Veteran healthcare through the spread of innovative practices.
