The Stratifyd Employee Policies project involved the creation of a comprehensive 50-page interactive document, developed in collaboration with Stratifyd's Human Resources and Security Compliance departments. This internal resource was designed to provide employees with easy access to company policies, featuring a linked Table of Contents for quick navigation and running revision history tables to ensure compliance with PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and SOC 2 (Service Organization Control) requirements. The document also serves as a component of a broader Security and Compliance Policies manual.
As the art director for this project, I leveraged Adobe Creative Suite to design, manage, and update the interactive PDF. My responsibilities included creating a user-friendly layout that facilitated seamless navigation, designing intuitive icons and graphics to enhance understanding, and ensuring that the document's visual elements aligned with Stratifyd's branding guidelines. By integrating interactive features and maintaining a cohesive design, I aimed to enhance the user experience, making it easier for employees to access and comprehend essential policy information.
