The Redwoods Mesa Offering Memorandum was a project I undertook at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) to support the marketing and sale of the Redwoods Mesa property. My role involved collaborating closely with commercial brokers to gather essential sales information and relevant imagery. I then designed the offering memorandum, ensuring it effectively showcased the property's value and appeal to potential investors. The final document was printed, trimmed, and bound in-house, adhering to CBRE's high standards for marketing materials.
